Tell your Wales, Northern Ireland or Scotland election candidate that M.E. Matters Now!

Action for M.E. has produced election manifestos for Wales, Northern Ireland or Scotland, who go to the polls in May. Each manifesto highlights the challenges faced by people with M.E. and their families, and sets out what elected representatives can do to make a difference.

Click below to download the M.E. Matters Now manifesto for your region, and a template letter which you can use to send it to your local candidates.

In Scotland, we worked in partnership with the ME Association, Association of Young People with ME, Falkirk M.E. Self Help Group and Edinburgh M.E. Self-help Group, plus other individuals affected by M.E. and experienced health professionals. In Wales and Northern Ireland, we consulted with local support and campaign groups.
If you hear back from your candidate please let the Action for M.E. know so we can follow up on their pledge to support the M.E. Matters Now manifesto.
