Resources

#MEAction has created a range of tools to assist you with your advocacy work, including brochures and how-to guides for lobbying your representative for ME, procuring a resolution for ME, and speaking to the press. We’ve also collected a list of reports to inform you about the facts of ME – including its prevalence, disease burden and impact. Read our science summary to learn about the ongoing research, and find information about how Graded Exercise Therapy is harmful to people with ME.

MEPedia

MEPedia is an excellent place to learn everything about the history, science and medicine of ME, CFS, and related diseases.

Everyone can contribute to MEpedia! Anyone can create pages, write content, add links/citations, fact-check, or even just fix typos. Everyone has something to offer, whatever your skills & experience, even if you have never edited a wiki (like Wikipedia) before. Get involved and help the patient community identify all of the best and most important resources for our disease and its research, treatment and history. Jump in!  Join the Facebook Group.
