Pacing and Management Guide

The #MEAction Pacing Guide discusses pacing, a self-management strategy for activity useful in diseases like ME/CFS and Long COVID, where post-exertional malaise (PEM) is a feature.  The Pacing and Management Guide also discusses PEM, ‘radical rest’, and gives examples of how to adapt vital activities, including breaking longer activities into smaller, more manageable tasks.
