#MEAction is excited to announce our Severe ME Artists Project — Gallery! The Severe ME Artists Project features work from those within the severe ME community and is in recognition of Severe ME Day on August 8th.
We had a wonderful response to this project with over 180 submissions! We are blown away by the response – thank you!
This project was created with an idea to allow those with severe ME to share their artwork with the larger community and provide an opportunity to be SEEN!
We also want to acknowledge the grief that happens for those unable to practice their art due to illness and those who have had to change the way they practice their art.
On this page, you will find the Writers Gallery, a link to the video compilation, and the many art images submitted. There is a lot on this page, so please take your time and come back often!
*Severe ME Day on August 8th was started by the 25% group. We are grateful for their work and very eager to support artists in the severe ME community.

Here is the video compilation featuring all of the wonderful art submitted by our severe ME community!
This video is over 40 minutes long. While it does not have music, there is sound in certain sections, in case you need to mute. Feel free to pause and come back to watch the rest of the video when able. We will be releasing shorter videos throughout the weekend, as well.
