Please join us for our monthly #MEAction NC support call, every 3rd Wednesday of the month at 12:30 PM Eastern. All people with ME/CFS or Long Covid and their caregivers or family are welcome!
This call is informal and no preparation is needed. Our focus is on offering emotional support and practical strategies for dealing with ME/CFS in a pacing-friendly environment. This is a space to connect with others, exchange resources, and feel heard and understood.
We understand that people may sometimes need to keep their cameras off or listen in without participating. So, please come as you are, and participate at the level that is right for you.
