ABOUT

The MEAction Michigan Chapter was launched in April 2024 to build a strong community for people with myalgic encephalomyelitis (ME) and their allies. Since reopening our Facebook group, we have grown into a mighty network of 118 Michigan members dedicated to advocacy, education, and support. In our first year, we hosted an educational event at the Annual Endocrinology Symposium at Michigan State University in collaboration with Dr. Saleh Aldasouqi, raising awareness about ME among healthcare professionals. We are committed to expanding our outreach, engaging in advocacy efforts, and ensuring that Michiganders with ME are seen, heard, and supported.
