  1. I just found your site because I am having a difficult time getting and keeping caregivers that can understand how to help me and that will do the tasks that the County has approved for me. I look “fine”, but I do not feel fine! Some times I can do things, then I am down to lick my wounds. I need a simple caregiver informational brochure that spells out how to help me with the physical things I suffer when I attempt to “be normal”. It’s so frustating for both of us and I am too tired to keep explaining what is happening with me. The less I stand, sit or lay, the better off I am! Yet, I can’t stand, sit or stand for any length of time either! I want to donate my body when I am done with it to an organization that will use it to study ME-CFS/FIBROMYALGIA. Do you know anyone interested in this type of “donation” to help sort out and solve this horrendously debilitating “syndrome”? Contact me at [email protected] if you want.

  2. Thank you for sharing this informative brochure for caregivers. When I feel up to showering and going to the library, I will print it out and make copies.
